Who we are

Tiny Trinny is a sole-trader infant feeding consultancy run by Trinity Okome, based in Milton Keynes, UK. References to "we", "us", or "Tiny Trinny" in this policy mean Trinity Okome trading as Tiny Trinny.

We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this website (tinytrinny.com). If you have any questions about this policy or how your data is handled, please contact us at trinity@tinytrinny.com.

What information we collect and why

Contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and optionally your phone number and message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry. Data is processed via Resend (email delivery) and is not stored in any database beyond what Resend retains in its logs.

Appointment booking

When you book an appointment online, we collect your name, email address, and the date and time of your appointment. This information is processed by Cal.com, our scheduling platform, which uses it to send you a confirmation email and calendar invite. Cal.com stores booking records to allow Trinity to manage her calendar.

Free guide sign-up (lead magnet)

If you download the free feeding guide, we collect your first name and email address in order to send you the guide. Your details may be added to our mailing list (managed via Resend Audiences) so we can send you relevant infant feeding resources. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any email we send you.

Website usage data

We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Vercel Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site — for example, which pages are viewed most. This does not involve tracking cookies or collecting personally identifiable information.

Legal basis for processing

Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following lawful bases:

  • Contract performance — processing your booking details so we can provide the service you've requested.
  • Legitimate interests — responding to contact form enquiries and improving our website.
  • Consent — sending you the free guide and adding you to our mailing list. You can withdraw consent at any time.

How long we keep your data

  • Contact form messages — retained for up to 12 months, or until your enquiry is resolved, then deleted.
  • Booking records — retained by Cal.com for as long as needed to manage appointments; typically deleted within 2 years of the appointment date.
  • Mailing list — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the third-party service providers necessary to operate this website:

  • Resend (privacy policy) — transactional email delivery and mailing list management.
  • Cal.com (privacy policy) — appointment scheduling and calendar invites.
  • Vercel (privacy policy) — website hosting and serverless functions.

All providers are contractually bound to process your data only as instructed and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. If we use privacy-respecting analytics, these do not set cookies or collect personally identifiable information.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restrict or object to how we process your data.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at trinity@tinytrinny.com. We will respond within one calendar month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe we have handled your data unlawfully.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page reflects when it was last revised. Significant changes will be communicated via the website.
